These are symptoms of insomnia-
Why not try this to help you get back to sleep when you wake up-
Start to tune into the breath, place your hands on your belly, breathe into this area slowly and mindfully, start to count the inhale and exhale and then increase the length of the breath to a count of 6/6. If this feels uncomfortable for you then reduce the length of the breath to a count that suits you. Another idea is to try a Sleep Nidra, this is a deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra translates into Yogic Sleep, a place of deep rest where the body repairs and rejuvenates often leaving you feeling refreshed on waking.
Please contact me and I will send one over a free Nidra for you to try. These can be personalised for you as part of a Yoga Therapy session.
