Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions take place at our dedicated Wellness Centre in Bedale or on line via Zoom. I recommend a course of sessions that take place at times to suit your needs, this may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. In order to maximise the therapy sessions, commitment to home practice is needed- you will be provided with a home practice together with recordings of mediations/relaxations as required.

  • In order to ensure that Yoga Therapy can support you, I offer a free 30min consultation before your first session, there will be a comprehensive health and lifestyle form to complete prior to our session together, this will be 90mins long. This will include assessment together with an in depth discussion finding out about your energy levels, sleep patterns, diet, previous medical conditions and lifestyle. Your personalised practice which will be written out and given to you may include breathing techniques, yoga poses, relaxation and mindfulness techniques.

  • Initial Session: 90 minutes — £80

    Follow Up Sessions: 60 minutes — £65

    Yoga Therapy Package: Initial Session plus 4 x 60 minute sessions — £320
